Podia ser pior...


“Podia ser pior” (“could be worse”) is a project that is part of an ongoing personal investigation regarding authenticity and its relationship with vernacular design. 
It’s a showcase of chosen photographs (most are courtesy of arquivo.dna) of examples of vernacular Portuguese design, in a collage format. 

The statement “Podia ser pior” is an homage to the “Desenrasque” aesthetic commonly seen in everyday Portuguese life.
